The story follows four young soccer superfans who must team up with their idols, Zlatan Ibrahimović and Megan Rapinoe, to save the sport. A mad scientist and secret mayor known as "Weird Al" Yankovic hatches a diabolical plot to steal the skills of the world's best players using mutant slugs. These slugs siphon talent and transform the athletes into hulking, green "mutant" monsters.
