Tap the hamburger icon (three lines) in the top left and select the Drafts folder to see all unsent emails.
There is no dedicated "Drafts" folder. To find a draft, you must open the specific conversation thread with the person you were messaging; the unsent text will be sitting in the text box. If it was a new message to a recipient not yet in your contacts, it may be lost if the app was closed.
The string appears to be a unique internal identifier, hash, or draft reference code, possibly from a specific messaging platform, content management system, or database.
