: Rotate the INS knob to GROUND (or CV if on a carrier). For faster alignment, select Stored Heading on the HSI page. Rotate at approximately 140–150 knots (7 degrees pitch)

: Power on the Radar (set to OPR), RWR , IFF , and Data Link systems. 4. Taxi and Takeoff

: Press the Takeoff Trim button and set the flaps switch to HALF .

: Press the FCS Reset button. Perform the Flight Control System BIT test by holding the FCS BIT switch on the right wall while simultaneously pressing the FCS OSB on the right DDI.
