Format a USB flash drive to FAT32 and copy the .bin file into the root directory (not inside any folder). Update the Board: Insert the USB drive into the TV board's USB port.
Once finished, remove the USB drive and restart the TV. Troubleshooting
Connect the power cord to the board. The status LED should begin flashing, indicating the update is in progress.
If the screen looks distorted after the update, you may need to enter the Service Menu (usually by pressing Menu + 1147 ) to adjust the LVDS map or panel configuration.
