Extract the ZIP file and run the executable. Note that many antivirus programs may flag such tools as "Potentially Unwanted Programs" (PUPs), so you may need to add an exception. :
: Right-click the locked file or folder in Windows Explorer and select Unlocker .
Obtain the client from the Official DC-Unlocker Forum or their primary site.
