Set in the Peruvian jungle, the story follows a group of scientists who are summoned by Dr. Alexander Thorkel to assist with his research. Discovering he is using radiation to shrink living organisms, they are tricked into his radiation chamber and miniaturized to approximately 12 inches tall. The shrunken group must then survive the perils of the jungle and escape Thorkel's murderous intentions.
