These types of files are usually designed to spam your desktop with images, play loud audio, or "lock" your screen with repetitive memes until you force-restart.

Usually contains an executable (.exe) and several image/icon files. Behavior: Creates numerous "clones" of an image window on the screen.

Ensure no new, suspicious entries were added to your "Startup" tab in Task Manager.

May disable the Task Manager to prevent the user from closing it.
