This is the 9th part of a multi-part RAR archive. These files are split into smaller chunks (often 5GB or 500MB) to make downloading easier on varied internet connections.
Right-click only the first file ( part01.rar ) and select "Extract Here" using a tool like WinRAR or 7-Zip. This will automatically pull data from part09.rar and all other subsequent parts to rebuild the full installer.
