Open the game through your platform's launcher (Steam/GOG) to trigger the REDlauncher .

If the mod doesn't appear, try deleting the modded folder inside Cyberpunk 2077/r6/cache to force a refresh. RE_Ionian_Corps_v031_-_Red_Mod.7z

Look for a folder named mods in your main game directory. If it doesn’t exist, create it. Open the game through your platform's launcher (Steam/GOG)
