You do not need to extract part 2 separately. Open or right-click the first file in the series (the one ending in .part1.rar ). Extract:
Right-click part1.rar and select "Extract Here" or "Extract to [Folder Name]" using WinRAR. sc23277-TS2PEv1404051.part2.rar
Use a third-party utility like The Unarchiver or Keka , as the built-in Archive Utility does not support multipart RARs. You do not need to extract part 2 separately
