He looked up as a blue-shirted technician named Marcus beckoned him over to the counter. Marcus looked at the device, then back at Elias, a sympathetic but realistic smile on his face.
Marcus checked the inventory system on his terminal. "Here’s the reality of a Best Buy screen repair for a legacy device like this. Because it's an older model, we don't keep the parts in-store. We’d have to ship it to a specialized service center. Even then, the cost of the labor and the authentic Samsung display assembly would likely exceed the current market value of the phone."
